Motorcycling to Burning Man...not

"I wish I was! I always dreamed of riding my Ural sidecar motorcycle to Burning Man, but never did. I started going to Burning Man in 1996 and have loved it each subsequent year, even as it grew (doubling every year until it leveled out at about 35K). This year I've got too many projects going on. My book, American Borders, is coming out and in editing, and I've busy with a long term contract at Sun playing Managing Editor of their developer website for the Java Studio Creator web application development IDE. It's time to skip a year...

Back in America and on a Harley (for a day)

I've settle back in at home and am tying up loose ends from my European ride (on the Moto Guzzi Breva 750 IE) Around the Adriatic. Stuff like an article for Moto Guzzi's membership magazine, Aquila, and last Friday spent with Genevieve Schmitt shooting a Fox Sports TV segment, "Let's Ride."
